This package is for the couple who have done the majority of their wedding planning but need help pulling the final details together.
Starting two months before your wedding day, we will work with you to gather all of the planning details, review a detailed wedding checklist together, create timelines, attend a final meeting with you at the reception venue, and finalize timing and logistics with your team of event professionals. During the wedding weekend, we will coordinate your wedding rehearsal, and oversee all the details on the wedding day including timing, logistics, setup, decor placement, and clean‑up.
This package is for the couple who need help earlier in the planning process. We will begin working together 6-8 months before your wedding, assisting with vendor selection, budget management, rental orders, decor assistance, and checklists to keep you on track. On your wedding weekend, we will coordinate everything as included in Package #1.
