How we work

We offer a wide range of event planning services to ensure your event comes together seamlessly. From the initial planning to managing the event itself, Welcome Events works with your team to develop and execute every detail so you can focus your time on what matters.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
We conduct initial planning meetings to develop an
event style, goals, and priorities, and manage your
timeline and budget.

VENUE AND VENDOR COORDINATION:
We secure and communicate with your venue and
vendors, collect agreements and paperwork and
coordinate payments.

CONTENT:
We collaborate with your team to develop the content for
your event, including speakers and entertainment.

COMMUNICATIONS:
We coordinate with your communications lead and/or
graphic designer to ensure the creation and
dissemination of materials such as save the dates,
invitations, programs and signage.

REGISTRATION:
We manage event registration and guest
communications.

ON-SITE COORDINATION:
We serve as the on-site point person during the event
with the venue and vendors, coordinate volunteers and
staff members, and problem solve any issues that arise.
